🕒 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
✅ Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn and unused
- With tags and in original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
🔁 How to Start a Return
Email us at info@windhorselab.com to begin your return.
Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

🔄 Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
